How we make our famous Pork Pies

A Great Birtish favourite was finally featured in this year's Bake Off, and as the contestants proved, making a hand raised pork pie is no mean feat!


Ever since our bakery opened in 2009, we have been hand raising our pork pies in the traditional way to our own recipies using our own pork.


Unless you are an avid fan of the Great British Bake Off, you may have missed how to make these delicious pastry perfections so we thought we would explain how we do it.
